Inspection the raw materials from the supplier for each steps raw materials we need the rich experience inspector to inspect them. we inspect the raw materials.
Inspectors must need series of inspection for the items, such as：Appearance inspection, tolerance size, thickness, color, material ect.
CNC machine which in strict accordance with operator instructions. Not only the operator check full of process but also control by CNC machine. In order to control the tolerance， the operator will set the data in computer to control CNC machine.
The workers are strictly self-inspectors to regular inspection and spot inspection.
Before packing the parts will clean and inspect again. Do not accept defective products! If any any quality problems be found,and the products shall be reworked or rejected to the requirement.
We will strict to inspect and focus on appearance its including the painting, corner, color, printing, screw ect..
Package material ： Single polybag, bubble bags, wooden case or as requested.
